The following are answers to the most frequently asked questions we receive at support. We hope that these will offer you some guidance, but please do not hesitate to contact us if you need more help.

Account Issues

If you have forgotten your password, click Forgot Password? on the ELEteca Sign In page.

Enter the email address you used to create an account on password reset page. You will then receive an email with instructions on how to change your password.

First, please check your Junk or Spam folder, in case the system-generated email went there.

If this is not the problem, please notify your teacher to see if other students are having the same issue. If so, your teacher can work with your school’s IT Department to ensure that the email address no-reply@edinumen.es is whitelisted. This is the email address used to send your password reset email.

If your email address is not recognized, you may have registered with a different email address. Please try logging in with another email address.

Please also check the spelling of your details as well as checking that CAPS or NUM lock functions on the keyboard are not interfering.

The code provides access to the Student Activities in ELEteca as well as any other digital resources assigned by your teacher.

Activation codes are printed on the inside front cover of your student books or can be purchased via an access code card.

Class Issues

Use the class enrollment code to join a class on the ELEteca platform. Your teacher will provide the class enrollment code.

Once your redeem your activation code, you will see this message

Warning, this content can be used in a class. Select your option - If you study with a teacher, please enter the Class Enrollment Code (your teacher provides this code). - If you study by yourself or your teacher has not yet shared the Class Enrollment Code select "I do not have a Class Enrollment Code" option. You can always join a class later, once you have the Class Enrollment Code.

If you do not have your Class Enrollment Code from your teacher when you activate your content, you can always supply it later in the My courses page. For additional help, please see Join a Class (Student).

Other Issues

eBooks Guidance

Please check that you have the latest version of the Cambridge Spanish Bookshelf App. If you don’t, please re-download the app.

Check that your iPad has the required disk space available for downloads. To check this go to the Settings menu – Storage tab – Change to the ‘Maximum Space Available’
